The Challenge
The construction of a new 45,000 sqft Critical Access Hospital from the ground up required managing a complex, multi-phased schedule (6 phases over 2 years). The project, funded by USDA loans and grants totaling $73.8M, demanded strict adherence to healthcare compliance standards for essential services like emergency care, inpatient wards, and imaging.
The Solution
Legacy leadership personally managed the installation scope for Division 8 (Hollow Metal Frames, Doors, Hardware) and Division 10 (Specialties). This involved overseeing approximately 333 interior/exterior openings and coordinating seamlessly with all trades (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, framing) to ensure fire ratings and accessibility standards were met across the entire facility.
