The Challenge
The lobby and bar renovation required complex lighting control systems to create different atmospheres for day and night. The existing wiring was undocumented and buried behind high-end finishes that could not be disturbed.
The Solution
Legacy deployed wireless lighting control solutions to minimize the need for invasive conduit runs. We carefully fished new power lines through existing chases and coordinated closely with the interior design team to ensure all devices were discreetly placed.
