The Challenge
Failing domestic water lines (4”) threatened to cause catastrophic water damage. The challenge was to replace these main lines while the building remained occupied.
The Solution
We executed a surgical replacement strategy. We utilized freeze technology to isolate pipe sections, allowing us to cut and replace valves without draining the entire system. Access panels were cut and restored daily to maintain fire ratings and aesthetics.
