The Challenge
Modernizing a boutique hotel in a historic district requires balancing modern guest expectations with preservation requirements. Space constraints made MEP routing difficult.
The Solution
Legacy Construction utilized 3D scanning to map existing voids and chases, allowing us to route new mechanical and plumbing lines with surgical precision. We worked with preservation consultants to ensure all visible finishes respected the building's character.
